Key Responsibilities
- Develop robust applications using C# and .NET within a Windows environment
- Develop and maintain web-based applications
- Take ownership of complex development tasks from requirements through to integration, testing and delivery
- Apply strong object-oriented design principles and software development practices
- Develop and maintain automated testing solutions
- Contribute to Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Work across the full software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams while working independently where required
- Deliver high-quality software with minimal supervision
- Support Agile development practices and technical delivery
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience developing software using C#/.NET
- Proven experience developing web-based applications
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design
- Experience across the full software development lifecycle
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and practices
- Practical experience with CI/CD
- Experience working within Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and software engineering skills
- Full UK SC clearance - essential
- Sole UK nationality - essential
