Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end community management across platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, X and Facebook)
  • Act as the brand voice in comments and DMs, responding in a timely, culturally relevant and on-tone way
  • Moderate conversations, escalating sensitive or high-risk issues in line with internal guidelines
  • Spot trends, cultural moments and reactive opportunities, feeding into content and creative teams
  • Work closely with Account and Social teams to align community insights with wider campaign activity
  • Support reporting by pulling community sentiment, FAQs and insight trends
  • Collaborate with paid, influencer and creative teams where community overlaps with campaigns

Key Skills:

  • 2-4+ years' experience in social community management (agency or brand side)
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific community behaviour and best practice
  • Confident writing in multiple brand tones of voice
  • Experience managing high-volume communities and fast-moving comment sections
  • Calm, considered approach to crisis management and escalation
  • Comfortable working in a large agency environment with multiple stakeholders

The Role

A leading global creative agency is looking for a Social Community Manager to own day-to-day community management across high-profile brand channels. This role is focused on protecting brand voice, engaging audiences in real time, and feeding meaningful insights back into wider social and strategy teams.

You'll be hands-on across comments, DMs and reactive engagement, working closely with social strategists, creatives and account teams to ensure communities feel heard, valued and consistently on-brand.
