Summary: The Social Account Manager role is a freelance position within a leading global creative agency, focusing on managing social media activities for a major international consumer brand. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media activity end-to-end across always-on and campaign-led work
- Support delivery of social content calendars, timelines and publishing schedules
- Act as a key day-to-day contact across internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate briefs, approvals, amends and delivery across multiple workstreams
- Ensure social content aligns with brand tone, platform best practice and audience insight
- Support reporting and performance analysis, feeding into optimisation and learnings
- Help maintain smooth account operations in a fast-paced agency environment
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a social account management role, ideally within a creative or social agency
- Hands-on experience managing social activity for consumer, lifestyle or beauty brands
- Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content formats
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on global or multi-market social accounts (nice to have)
- Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools (nice to have)
- Exposure to influencer or creator-led social content (nice to have)
