Summary: The role of Contract Senior Project Manager involves overseeing the successful delivery of digital transformation projects for tier one clients within a leading marketing technology and data solutions organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of large sized projects, including delivery planning and management, risk and issue management, commercial management, scope management, resource management, and stakeholder management.
  • Primary contact for client for project delivery, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to scope.
  • Identify, raise, and agree on Change Requests as required.
  • Owner of project governance including RACI and RAID logs, project plans, burn reports, status reports, status meetings, agile events, etc.
  • Collaborate with Traffic & Resources Manager for accurate and effective resource bookings.
  • Work with Sales & Client Services teams to ensure value in delivery and manage client and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Participate in the delivery community, sharing best practices, supporting & mentoring others, and improving delivery processes.

Key Skills:

  • Experience owning the delivery of large scale, complex digital transformation projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Extensive experience managing commercials, including budget tracking and revenue forecasting.
  • Proven experience effectively managing internal and client stakeholders of all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager within the Experience & Transformation (E&T) team, you are responsible for the successful delivery of exciting digital transformation projects for their clients. You will be working with a handful of tier one clients across a wide range of industries delivering a variety of projects including MarTech implementation projects, Website design and build projects and Customer Experience design projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of large sized projects. This includes but is not limited to, delivery planning and management, risk and issue management, commercial management, scope management, resource management and stakeholder management.
  • Primary contact for client for project delivery and responsible for all day-to-day workings to ensure we deliver on time, on budget and to scope.
  • You are responsible for identifying, raising and agreeing Change Requests where required.
  • Owner of project governance including RACI and RAID logs, project plans, burn reports, status reports, status meetings, agile events, etc.
  • Collaborate with our Traffic & Resources Manager to ensure accurate and effective resource bookings.
