Ponderosa is looking for a freelance Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join us immediately on a short-term basis, supporting a fast-paced, high-volume integrated account. This role is all about delivery – you’ll be the engine room behind the scenes, working closely with our studio and creative teams to manage timelines, prioritise workstreams, and keep everything moving. We’re ideally looking for someone full-time, but would consider a 3-day week (Tuesday to Thursday) for the right person.
Integrated marketing agency experience is essential – you’ll need to be confident juggling campaign plans, timelines, and multiple workstreams within a creative environment.
The essentials:
- Start date: Immediate
- Location: Leeds (Tuesday to Thursday in the office)
- Contract length: 2–3 months
- Engagement: Day rate or Fixed-Term Contract – we’re open to either
- Salary: £35,000–£45,000 pro rata, depending on experience
