What you'll be doing:
- Leading the full implementation/integration lifecycle of a Matter Management platform
- Managing the migration from the firm's existing system to the new solution
- Coordinating vendors, internal IT, fee earners and business stakeholders
- Owning project planning, budget, risk and governance
- Driving data migration, integration with existing systems, testing and user adoption
What you'll bring:
- Proven track record delivering Matter Management/legal technology implementations, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Hands-on experience with one or more leading Matter Management systems, eg Kase, Aderant, Intapp, iManage, Elite 3E, Litera/Peppermint, Tikit/Advanced, HighQ
- Strong grip on system integration, data migration and third-party vendor management
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and fee earners in a demanding environment
- Excellent planning, governance and delivery discipline
Legal Matter Management experience is essential for this contract
