Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to promote safety and encourage positive behavior.
  • Schedule teams efficiently to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Verify data submitted by contract partners for accuracy.
  • Indirectly manage external partners to exceed expectations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of work as per contracted agreements.
  • Track and audit contractor resources daily for accountability.

Key Skills:

  • Understanding of NEC3 contract and commercial management.
  • Excellent IT skills for data analysis.
  • Experience in delivering large projects and understanding the tendering process.
  • Ability to lead and motivate small teams in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of network operations and vegetation management.
  • Full driving license for travel to various locations.
