Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial and commercial aspects of contracts daily.
• Plan and organize Contract Partners for tree cutting projects.
• Conduct 4 site visits weekly to promote a positive safety culture.
• Confirm accurate data submitted by contract partners.
• Indirectly manage external partners to exceed customer and regulator expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of work as per contracted agreements.
• Track and audit contractor resources daily for accountability.

Key Skills:

• Good understanding of the NEC3 contract and commercial management.
• Excellent IT skills for data analysis.
• Experience in delivering large projects and understanding the tendering process.
• Ability to lead and motivate small teams in a target-driven environment.
