This is a senior delivery role, leading complex, multi-workstream programmes at the heart of a global payments platform. This programme sits at the core of the company’s growth strategy and is focused on transforming how the business operates, scales and delivers value globally. It spans technology modernisation, operating model change, process digitisation, regulatory enablement and product evolution across multiple jurisdictions. The successful Programme Director will act as the bridge between business strategy and execution, owning the transformation end-to-end and ensuring measurable outcomes rather than just delivery of technology.
