Summary: Axiologik is seeking an experienced contract Product Owner to engage with a healthcare client focused on driving change and enhancing service value. The role requires a user-centered mindset and the ability to operate within complex, governed environments. The successful candidate will influence across organizational boundaries and work at scale. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence once a week in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Product Owner or Product Manager in complex digital environments.
- Apply user-centered design and agile delivery principles.
- Contribute to or lead digital procurement or supplier selection activities.
- Translate strategic goals into clear product outcomes and priorities.
- Work with senior stakeholders and navigate complex governance.
- Utilize strong analytical and decision-making skills to inform priorities and trade-offs.
- Deliver or scale digital services at national or multi-organization level.
- Engage with the healthcare sector and understand public sector procurement and commercial frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with GDS service standards.
- Communicate effectively and confidently at all levels.

Axiologik is looking for an experienced contract Product Owner to join them on an existing engagement with a healthcare client, who is continuously driving change and adding value within their services. You’ll be an experienced Product Owner who is comfortable working at scale and influencing across organisational boundaries. You’ll bring a pragmatic, user-centred mindset and be confident operating in complex, highly governed environments.
Contract details: 600DR Inside IR35 6 Months ASAP start date (can be flexible with notices) Hybrid - once a week in Leeds offices
