Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage development teams through the product development lifecycle from discovery to live.
- Own the product vision in collaboration with senior responsible officers and governance bodies.
- Ensure product delivers value to users and the system by championing user needs.
- Work across functional and institutional boundaries to secure stakeholder buy-in and cooperation.
- Advocate for user-centric and agile methodologies within the product management function.

Axiologik is resourcing for an experienced contract Product Manager to join them on a healthcare client, working on a hugely impactful piece of work. This is a really exciting project where you can really get stuck in and see first hand the value you're adding, working alongside our own teams on the ground. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape and grow the product mindset - you'll not just be writing user stories, it's about owning a product strategy, leading the team and driving delivery against meaningful outcomes. 650 Day Rate Inside IR35 ASAP start date End date: February 2026 Hybrid once a week / every two weeks in Leeds for team meeting updates
As the Product Manager, you'll:
- Lead and manage development teams working on digital products and services through their development lifecycle from discovery through alpha and beta into live.
- Own - with senior responsible officers and relevant program governance bodies - the vision for products, championing users and their needs and ensuring the product delivers value both to users and the system.
- Be adept at working across functional and institutional boundaries to ensure needed buy-in and cooperation of stakeholders to do so.
- Play a vital role in the product management function, advocating for, championing to coaching staff in user centric and agile ways of working.
Experience:
- Product Management experience working in healthcare environments.
- Self starter mindset - able to take ownership and drive initiatives in their area.
