Summary: The Contract Performance Analyst role focuses on supporting data collection and analysis for ongoing performance improvements, specifically utilizing Power BI. Key Responsibilities:

• Support data collection and analysis of ongoing PGA Improvements against baseline and previous improvement metrics.
• Work alongside the client to develop and define key PGA KPIs and performance metrics.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and liaise with data engineers to automate data collection.
• Provide recommendations for future improvements based on data insights.
• Utilize SQL for table joins, where clauses, reading data from arrays, and creating views from multiple source tables.
• Implement Power BI star schema/dimensional modeling and describe data analysis outcomes.
• Build visualizations to represent data analysis outcomes effectively.
