Summary: The Contract Performance Analyst role focuses on supporting data collection and analysis for ongoing PGA improvements, developing key performance metrics, and creating Power BI dashboards. The position requires collaboration with the client to provide data-driven recommendations for future enhancements. This is a 12-month contract based in Leeds, with a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:

• Support data collection and analysis of ongoing PGA improvements against baseline and previous metrics.
• Develop and define key PGA KPIs and performance metrics in collaboration with the client.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and liaise with data engineers for data automation.
• Provide recommendations for future improvements based on data insights.

Key Skills:

• Proficient in SQL, including table joins, where clauses, reading data from arrays, and creating views from multiple source tables.
• Experience with Power BI, including star schema/dimensional modeling, data analysis outcomes, and building visualizations.
