  • Updating clients regularly on the progress of litigation cases.
  • Ensuring prompt billing of all matters at each stage.

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Previous telephone handling experience.
  • Natural empathy and good telephone manner with clear diction.
  • Proactivity and attention to detail.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
