We are recruiting for a Contract Paralegal with Mortgage Enforcement experience to support our Mortgage Enforcement Team in Bristol.This role will be an initial 3-6 month contract with the possibility of extension. You will be working on a day rate via an Umbrella company. This role can be worked Hybrid from the Bristol office. Ideally candidates will reside in the Bristol region.This RoleAs a Contract Paralegal your day-to-day remit includes:Responsible for own caseload of repossession files, referring all legal aspects to the Team Supervisor or Team ManagerPreparation of communications and legal documentsProcessing new matters using case management systemUse case management system to action workflow entries on a daily basis and from the Schedule for individual filesRegularly update clients as to progress of matters.Ensure that all matters are billed promptlyYour Skills and ExperiencePrevious administration experiencePrevious telephone handling experienceTo demonstrate a natural empathy/affinity with Clients and a good telephone manner, with a clear dictionProactivity and attention to detailOrganisational and time management skillsAbout TLTFast paced, fast growing and forward thinking, TLT is the law firm that helps clients stay one step ahead, and we do the same for our people.We work with high profile clients in innovative sectors.
