Summary: The Contract Paralegal role at TLT involves supporting the Mortgage Enforcement Team in Glasgow on a contract basis, with responsibilities including managing a caseload of repossession files and preparing legal documents. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage own caseload of repossession files, referring legal aspects to the Team Supervisor or Team Manager.
• Prepare communications and legal documents.
• Process new matters using the case management system.
• Action workflow entries daily and from the schedule for individual files using the case management system.
• Regularly update clients on the progress of matters.
• Ensure all matters are billed promptly.

Key Skills:

• At least 6 months of paralegal experience.
• Previous administration experience.
• Telephone handling experience.
• Natural empathy and good telephone manner with clear diction.
• Proactivity and attention to detail.
• Organisational and time management skills.
