Summary: The role of Freelance Paid Social Senior Account Manager / Account Director involves leading cross-channel growth strategies for a major financial services account within a global agency. The position requires hands-on activation across various paid social platforms and collaboration with both agency and client teams to drive customer acquisition and commercial impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading cross channel growth strategy across Paid Social.
- Designing and running structured experiments to prove incrementality and unlock scalable growth.
- Supporting activity across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, PMax, and Demand Gen.
- Partnering with full funnel teams to identify, validate, and scale new growth levers.
- Building channel plans that translate commercial goals into targeted, measurable activity.
- Managing hands on in platform execution across Meta and TikTok.
- Optimising audiences, creative, formats, and measurement approaches, including conversion lift studies.
- Working closely with agency partners and internal teams to ensure joined up strategy and strong delivery.
- Developing and refining creative templates based on audience insights and platform behaviours.
- Collaborating with creative teams to produce high performing, social first assets that drive engagement and conversion.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level.
- Background in social, growth marketing, performance marketing, or paid media led campaign delivery.
- Hands on experience across Meta and TikTok is highly desirable.

Introduction
We are working with a leading global agency who are urgently looking for freelance Senior Account Manager and Account Director level talent to support on a major financial services account. The client needs between 1 and 3 freelancers for around 3 months initially, working closely with the agency team while also acting as an extension of the client team.
The Role
This role would suit a strong performance marketing specialist who is comfortable leading cross channel strategy, running structured testing, and supporting hands on activation across paid social and emerging digital channels.
