Summary: The Contract Operations Administrator will play a pivotal role in implementing a new digital contract management system for a biotech company. This position requires a proactive individual to support the administration of the system and assist with various legal tasks within the Legal and Compliance department. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively. A background in contracts or legal documents is preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary champion and super-user of the new contract management system, developing expert knowledge of its functionalities and best practices.
  • Supporting and leading ancillary projects to expand the use of the system within the business.
  • Provide training and support to business stakeholders across the organization on the effective use of the contract management system.
  • Review contractual documents to identify and extract key information for data input.
  • Redact commercially sensitive information from agreements as required.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered the contract management system through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure consistency in data management and system utilization.
  • Perform various legal administrative tasks as needed to support the Legal and Compliance department.

This role involves implementation of a new digital contract management system to centralize the storage and management of all commercial and subcontracts. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Management System Administrator to join our Legal and Compliance department. This role will be crucial in supporting the administration of the new system and assisting with various legal administrative tasks.
