The Role
You'll act as a senior day-to-day client lead, building strong relationships with key stakeholders while ensuring internal teams are aligned and campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
The role would suit an experienced media agency client services professional who is comfortable managing multiple workstreams and operating in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing senior day-to-day client relationships and communications.
- Leading client meetings and acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Coordinating planning, activation and specialist media teams.
- Overseeing integrated, multi-channel campaign delivery.
- Managing timelines, priorities and multiple workstreams across the account.
- Ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and client expectations are managed effectively.
- Working closely with senior agency stakeholders across strategy, planning and activation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the account.
About You
- Strong agency-side client services experience within a media agency.
- Currently working at Client Director, Account Director or a similar senior client leadership level.
- Experience managing integrated, multi-channel media campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Confident managing senior client stakeholders.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple simultaneous workstreams.
- Strong understanding of the media planning and activation process.
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding.
