Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing forecasting and performance measurement frameworks
- Setting KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned to business goals and marketing budgets
- Using time series analysis and regression modelling to support accurate forecasting and optimise channel mix
- Translating data into actionable insight and presenting findings to internal and client stakeholders
- Supporting campaign leads with post-campaign evaluations and optimisation recommendations
- Developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, and other visualisation tools
- Championing a data-first culture across teams and mentoring junior analysts
- Staying up to date with trends in marketing analytics and campaign measurement
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in marketing analytics or performance measurement, ideally in an agency environment
- Advanced knowledge of regression models, predictive analytics, and time series forecasting
- Proficient in SQL, Excel (including Power Query and PivotTables), and either Python or R
- Skilled in dashboard development using tools like Power BI and Looker Studio
- Strong understanding of CRM, digital, web, and social campaign metrics
- Comfortable presenting insights to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Highly organised, confident juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear strategic direction
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Maths, Statistics, Data Science, or Economics
- Certifications in analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Power BI, Tableau) are a plus

The Job
As the Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
