Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to provide integrated Hard & Soft FM services at the University of Sunderland in London.
• Manage operational teams to ensure efficient service provision in line with budgets and specifications.
• Monitor and report on service quality and financial performance of the contract.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in adherence to OCS policies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and lifecycle maintenance schedules.
• Oversee service management by staff and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS and service level agreements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client decision-makers.
• Assist in proposal development and business growth initiatives.
• Set and oversee budgets for managed services.

Key Skills:

• At least 3 years of management experience in the FM sector.
