Summary: The Contract Management Specialist is responsible for implementing regulatory and quality requirements, managing service contracts, and supporting customer queries. This role involves data manipulation, performance monitoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a complex administrative role, with a focus on patient care and integrity. The specialist will also provide support to various departments and undertake ad hoc tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and adhere to regulatory and quality requirements as per the KeyMed Quality Manual.
- Prepare complex pricing offers and raise Service Contract proposals.
- Manage service contracts end to end, including post-contract management and performance monitoring.
- Support field-based staff with administrative tasks.
- Manipulate large data sets using Excel and Qlikview.
- Update and maintain data within corporate business systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle general customer queries.
- Provide support to other areas within the department as required.
- Undertake ad hoc analysis and tasks as needed.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a complex administrative role.
