Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management Practitioner (SC Clearance) Rate: Up to £670 per day Hybrid - London Duration: 11-Month Contract We’re looking for an experienced Contract Management Practitioner who can confidently steer complex commercial agreements and support high-value engagements end-to-end. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maximising value and minimising risk by offering expert advice on legal, commercial, and operational considerations across the full contract lifecycle. You’ll work closely with both sales and delivery teams, helping shape deals from initial opportunity through to completion. This includes supporting negotiations, drafting and reviewing contractual documentation, ensuring contractual obligations are fully understood, and keeping all parties aligned throughout delivery. Reporting directly to the Contract Manager Lead, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client contracts and subcontracts. You’ll ensure each one adheres to internal policies, complies with relevant legislation, and meets the specific needs of public sector clients. Your work will directly support revenue protection, margin improvement, operational efficiency, and long-term client satisfaction. Day-to-day, you’ll identify risks early, propose and implement effective mitigation strategies, and support the wider business during RFP responses and competitive tendering. You’ll prepare and refine key documents such as Statements of Work, Change Requests, and contractual amendments, always ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance. You’ll also collaborate closely with legal teams to resolve complex contract issues and provide clear guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
