Summary: TrueNorth is seeking a Contract M365 / O365 / Level 3 Engineer for a partner in Newcastle, requiring four days of onsite work per week. The role focuses on addressing a backlog of tickets in the Digital Workspace area and executing key tactical projects, including a tenancy migration and a Windows 10 to 11 upgrade. Candidates should have hands-on experience in similar roles, emphasizing execution over design and deployment. The contract is initially for three months with a strong possibility of extension and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clear existing backlog of tickets within the Digital Workspace area.
- Execute key tactical projects, including tenancy migration and Windows 10 to 11 upgrade.
- Provide general support and user assistance.
- Work onsite four days a week in Newcastle.
Key Skills:
- Core M365 suite knowledge.
- Experience with Windows 10 to 11 migration and user support.
- Tenant migration experience (highly beneficial).
- Knowledge of Entra ID, EUC, Endpoint, AutoPilot, and Citrix.
- Scripting experience.
- SharePoint experience.

TrueNorth are exclusively recruiting for a Contract M365 / O365 / Level 3 Engineer for a partner based in Newcastle - this role is 4 days per week onsite in Newcastle and is an outside IR35 contract. This role will be focussed on clearing an existing backlog of tickets within the Digital Workspace area, as well as some key tactical projects that are due to commence (like a tenancy migration and a windows 10 to 11 upgrade globally) - it's very much a "doing it" and execution role, and we are looking for candidates that have primarily worked in that capacity previously as opposed to design and deployment only of the below.

We have the initial contract for 3 months with a high likleyhood of extension - the role will be outside IR35. Given the nature of the role and changing requirements in regards to onsite vs remote, we need someone that is able to work 4 days per week in Newcastle given the deskside support that will be required during migration. The budget is c£350 per day dependant on experience - we do need someone ideally available immediately, however could wait up to 2 weeks for the right candidate to start the role.
