Summary: Our client, a leading global insurance group, is looking for a UK-qualified employment lawyer to join their international legal team. The role involves providing legal support across various internal departments and shaping employment law strategies in collaboration with HR and senior stakeholders. This position is a 12-month contract that offers the chance to influence legal strategy within a regulated business environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment law, particularly within the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to various internal departments
- Work with other in-house counsels and outside counsels as required
- Negotiate and draft complex transactional agreements
- Take preemptive measures to avoid legal risks and conflicts
Key Skills:
- UK-qualified lawyer with extensive experience in employment law
- In-depth experience within the insurance industry, ideally in a multinational setting
- Prior in-house legal experience, preferably within a regulated sector such as insurance, banking, or financial services
