Summary: The role of Lead / Principal Java Developer involves leading a high-performing team to deliver impactful solutions for a major transformation project. The Role
As a Lead Java Developer, you'll combine strong technical hands-on ability with leadership skills to guide engineering decisions, promote best practices, and shape architecture and design. You'll be joining a high-performing team working on a key strategic platform with significant investment and visibility across the business.
What you'll need
As a minimum, you'll need experience with:
- Strong commercial experience in Java (Java 11+)
- Spring Boot / Microservices
- AWS or other cloud platforms (Azure/GCP)
- Terraform (or similar IaC tooling)
