Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor an agile DevSecOps team, driving technical excellence and best practice across engineering delivery
- Design and implement robust cloud infrastructure solutions, with a focus on Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Product Delivery leads, and client stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
- Take ownership of technical architecture decisions, including AI-enabled tooling and bespoke software solutions
- Oversee regulatory compliance, infrastructure governance, and resourcing visibility across engineering pipelines
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and pragmatic problem solving
Key Skills:
- Must have active SC clearance
- Experience in a DevOps or technical lead role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD, and AWS
- Experience in a technical architecture or engineering leadership capacity
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and how to apply them in practice
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- AWS Solutions Architect certification or equivalent is desirable
- Experience deploying AI solutions is a bonus
- Comfortable with change and ideally with start-up or high-growth environments
