RecOps is recruiting for a Contract ITIL Service Lead for a leading client. This is a 4-month contract Inside IR35 with a likely extension and is paying 450 per day. The role will be hybrid, with travel to London or Salford (depending on preference) up to 2 days per week.
Required Technical Skills and experience;-
- Jira Cloud Platform
- Strong ITIL
- Familiar with AWS and SAAS
- Jira/Confluence experience
- SLA & Performance monitoring
- Implementation of platform & support
