Summary: The Contract IT Service Desk Analyst role is based in Sittingbourne, Kent, focusing on providing remote and desk-side support within a large manufacturing company. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and desk-side IT support across two main sites.
- Manage calls and support tickets using the Service Now helpdesk platform.
- Troubleshoot IT issues related to software and hardware.
- Set up laptops/desktops for new joiners and assist with hardware/software changes.
- Utilize a ticketing system to manage IT cases effectively.
- Demonstrate strong general IT knowledge and adapt to bespoke systems.
- Drive and have access to a vehicle for site-based support.
Key Skills:
- Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support.
- Familiarity with the Service Now helpdesk platform.
