Key Responsibilities
- Manage influencer campaigns from initial brief through to final delivery and reporting
- Support influencer strategy, campaign planning and creator recommendations
- Source, identify and shortlist relevant creators and influencers
- Manage creator outreach, negotiations, contracting and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents and talent managers
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables and usage requirements
- Brief creators and oversee content development, feedback and approvals
- Liaise closely with clients, creative, strategy, production and wider account teams
- Ensure content is delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines
- Manage campaign trackers, status reports and day-to-day client communication
- Support paid usage, whitelisting and content rights where required
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign reporting
- Ensure influencer activity follows relevant ASA/CAP guidelines and disclosure requirements
Experience Required
- Previous experience within influencer marketing, social or creator marketing, ideally within an agency environment
- Experience independently managing influencer campaigns from brief to delivery
- Strong knowledge of the UK creator and influencer landscape
- Confident communicating with clients, creators, agents and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Comfortable managing budgets, negotiations and campaign logistics
- Good understanding of influencer best practice, paid social amplification and content usage
- Familiarity with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, Tagger, Traackr, Captiv8 or similar is advantageous

You'll be proactive, organised and commercially aware, with a strong understanding of social culture and the creator landscape.
You should be comfortable taking ownership of campaigns while still being hands-on with the day-to-day delivery.
