Summary: The role is for a Contract Full Stack Developer at a software technology solutions company in Brighton, requiring onsite work once a week. The position is initially for three months with a strong possibility of extension and is classified as Outside IR35. The developer will focus on enhancing both internal and external products using PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js while participating in daily stand-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve internal and external products using PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute fresh ideas to the business.
- Utilize HTML/CSS and implement Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Work with AWS and Docker for deployment and development.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment.
Key Skills:
- Commercial experience with PHP and Laravel.
- Front End skills using Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and TDD.
- Good experience with AWS and Docker.
- Knowledge of HTMX, MySQL/Aurora/DynamoDB is a plus.
- Experience in Agile Methodology.

Please note this role requires working onsite once a week in Brighton, and therefore we can only consider candidates who are based in a commutable location. We are looking for a Contract Full Stack Developer for a rapidly growing software technology solutions company based in Brighton. This is initially a 3 months contract with a high chance for further extensions, and is working Outside IR35. As a Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in the continuous development and improvement of both internal and external products, using PHP, Laravel, Vue.js, as well as, being involved in daily stand-ups and bringing fresh ideas into the business.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Commercial experience with PHP and Laravel
- Front End skills using Vue.js
- HTML/CSS and a strong understanding of TDD
- Good experience with AWS and Docker
- Knowledge of HTMX, MySQL/Aurora/DynamoDB, nice to have but not a must
- Agile Methodology experience
This is initially a 3 months contract with a high chance for further extensions and is working Outside IR35.
