Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design and development from requirements analysis to acceptance testing and final delivery.
- Create high-quality, well-documented data packs while ensuring configuration management.
- Work closely with software and firmware engineers to tackle system-level integration challenges.
- Follow established processes and procedures to maintain engineering excellence.
- Contribute to engineering process improvements for efficiency and innovation.
- Apply TestStand expertise to enhance testing and verification capabilities.
- Provide technical direction and guidance to the wider Test Equipment team.
- Oversee project deliverables, ensuring alignment with quality and technical requirements.
- Mentor, coach, and support fellow engineers to enhance team expertise.
- Assess engineering estimates, optimising cost, timescale, compliance, and technical risk.
- Define and lead the technical direction for the engineering team to achieve successful work packages.
- Act as a domain expert, engaging with customers and users to understand requirements and drive solutions.
