Summary: The Contract Electrical Project Engineer will oversee the electrical package delivery for a major commercial office fit-out project in Bristol, entering its first phase. This role involves managing site activities, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The position offers a competitive day rate and the potential for long-term engagement with excellent site support. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical package delivery from coordination to install and commissioning
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers on programme and quality
- Manage site activity, raise RFIs, ensure H&S and compliance
- Report progress, support with documentation, and resolve day-to-day issues
Key Skills:
- Strong background in building services, ideally with commercial fit-out or office refurbishment experience
- Confident managing electrical packages (lighting, containment, power, etc.)
- Proven experience delivering in fast-paced, live site environments
- Available to work on-site full-time in Bristol
