Summary: The role of Digital Analyst at a social agency in London involves leading the implementation of tracking systems and providing performance analysis. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure quality data collection and reporting. This is a temporary role with a duration of three months, requiring two days a week in the office. The start date is set for June 9, 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading end-to-end tracking implementation across GA4, GTM, social pixels and email
- Building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio
- Providing campaign performance analysis and actionable insights
- Collaborating across data, product, media and content teams to ensure quality data collection
- Running QA on all tags, events and triggers to ensure accurate reporting
- Supporting internal upskilling on analytics tools and dashboards
- Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure reporting meets business needs
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Power BI, Looker Studio, and Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups)
- Skilled in setting up tracking across Meta, TikTok, email, and web
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders at once
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Experience with email reporting tools
- Ideally degree educated in maths, statistics, computer science or similar
