Summary: The Contract Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager is responsible for leading cyber intelligence efforts, ensuring stakeholders are informed about the threat landscape, and enhancing situational awareness. The role involves collaboration with industry peers and governmental organizations, as well as the development of cyber threat profiles to inform security strategies. The manager will also analyze attack tactics and coordinate resources to deliver actionable intelligence products. Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese are essential for briefing corporate executives and producing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the specialist cyber intelligence focal point for stakeholders regarding the threat landscape.
  • Liaising and collaborating with global and local industry peer groups and governmental cyber security organizations.
  • Driving the Cyber Intelligence Team to utilize intelligence sources and tools for actionable threat and vulnerability products.
  • Coordinating cyber intelligence resources and advising IT and Operational Technology staff on threats.
  • Developing the cyber threat profile to assist Group Security and senior management in risk assessment.
  • Analyzing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) of attacking groups to prevent attacks.
  • Collaborating with security teams to integrate cyber intelligence into security processes.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional cyber security certifications (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP).
  • At least 3 years in cyber security and 1 year in cyber intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, TTP, and intelligence lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with cyber intelligence tools and services.
  • Experience managing a team of analysts to deliver intelligence products.
  • Experience briefing corporate executives on specialized subjects.
  • Ability to produce and communicate technical and non-technical reports across management levels.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
