Summary: The Community Manager role involves managing brand engagement on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a focus on authentic interactions rather than automated responses. The position is part-time, requiring two days a week in the London office, and is offered on a two-month contract with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French and/or Italian and possess strong brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage 4-6 posts per month across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, crafting compelling copy in French and/or Italian.
  • Monitor cultural trends and find opportunities for authentic brand engagement.
  • Engage with audiences through likes, reactions, and responses to foster strong relationships.
  • Work closely with local moderators to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and track engagement to optimize future content strategies.

Key Skills:

  • Fluency in French and/or Italian.
  • Strong brand experience with an understanding of cultural trends.
  • Proven ability to create authentic social media interactions.
  • Experience with both large established brands and smaller, highly engaged brands.
  • Availability to work in-office in the UK.
