Summary: The role of CMM Inspector involves setting and operating CMM machinery with PC-DMIS controls and conducting quality inspections of manufactured components in the motorsport sector. The position is contract-based with the potential to become permanent after six months. The ideal candidate will have experience in precision engineering and proficiency in various inspection techniques. An ASAP start is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-Off inspection of manufactured components using both handheld and CMM techniques
- Setting and operating CMM machinery using PCDMIS software
- Using relevant documents to establish correct inspection tools and techniques to confirm product verification
- Raise and process NCR’s
Key Skills:
- Previous experience operating CMM machinery with PCDMIS controls
- Confident using other inspection techniques (Manual, Romer Arm)
- Previous precision engineering experience

The CMM Inspector will have the following responsibilities:
- First-Off inspection of manufactured components using both handheld and CMM techniques
- Setting and operating CMM machinery using PCDMIS software
- Using relevant documents to establish correct inspection tools and techniques to confirm product verification. This could include using Catia, PCDMIS, CMM Programming, Romer Arm and manual techniques)
- Raise and process NCR’s
CMM Inspector
The CMM Inspector will require the following experience:
- Previous experience operating CMM machinery with PCDMIS controls
- Confident using other inspection techniques (Manual, Romer Arm)
- Previous precision engineering experience
