Summary: Axiologik is seeking a Business Architect to contribute to a significant project in the financial services sector, focusing on high-value and high-impact improvements. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to bridge technology and business, ensuring effective architectural design and continuous service improvement. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence twice a week in Leeds, with an immediate start for a three-month contract. The contractor will play a key role in enterprise architecture activities and business change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of significant and complex enterprise architecture activities or projects.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and developers to inform architectural design documents.
- Provide guidance and stimulate forward thinking for continuous learning.
- Identify architecture-driven improvements to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
- Drive capability-led business initiatives, integrating technical and business designs.
- Contribute to Enterprise Blueprint Production and validate key business architecture decisions.
- Collaborate on operating model design, platform, and product designs.
- Act as an authority on the Business Change Management board.

Axiologik is looking for a strong Business Architect to join them on a big piece of work in the financial services sector. The work is high value, high impact which will make vast improvements within their sector and industry.

Skillset: Working as part of the Architecture team, you will be assist in the delivery of significant and complex enterprise architecture activities or projects, bridging the gap between technology and the business. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, architects, engineers and developers to inform architectural design documents and other artifacts that achieve design goals. Help in delivery of continuous learning; providing a guidance and stimulating forward thinking. Identify discover architecture driven improvement to continually improve service quality and reduce costs. Drive the business to be capability led, offering integrity in design to bring technical and business designs together. The key is collaboration with Product Leads. Contribute to Enterprise Blueprint Production which will translate the wider business audience & validate some of the key business architecture decisions. Collaborate with Architecture team on operating model design, platform and product designs delivering the foundations for the portfolio. Act as a authority on the Business Change Management board.
