Key Responsibilities:

- Manage GDS/Chatbox integrations.
- Identify user needs and translate insights into actionable requirements.

- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Support workshops, interviews, and focus groups.
- Deliver projects using Agile methodologies.
