- Expertise in discovery phase activities, managing requirements and backlogs, and structuring statements of work.
- Drive the functional integrity of the overall solution, ensuring business requirements are prioritized and satisfied.
- Communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Transform complex ideas into clear narratives tailored to the audience.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen in managing scope and requirements.
- Collaborate, shape, and confirm ideas while solving problems creatively.
- Deliver projects through various software development methodologies.
- Experience in Lean / Systems Thinking, JTBD / VMOST methodologies.
- Work experience in various business sectors, with a preference for Healthcare tech.

What Youll Be Doing We have a number of exciting projects lined up to start over the next couple of months, so were looking to expand our talent pool of great contract business analysts to help shape our client requirements and ensure we deliver great outcomes! As a business analyst at Answer, you will be instrumental in helping our clients understand the problem they are trying to solve. You will be asking the question why? to truly understand our clients problems and help define an analysis approach that gets the best results, tailoring playbooks to fit the need.
What Youll Bring To Answer Utilisation and advisory experience of industry-standard analysis skills and techniques within the business change and software development life-cycles Expertise in discovery phase activities, comfortable working with ambiguity, and the ability to shape and clarify needs in order to agree scope, manage requirements and backlogs, and structure statements of work Ability to drive the functional integrity of the overall solution, ensuring that all key elements of the business case are prioritised and satisfied by the business requirements Excellent interpersonal skills - articulate and engaging, and able to communicate effectively and confidently with stakeholders at all levels Presentation capabilities which can transform complex ideas into clear narratives, tailored to your audience Demonstrable commercial acumen, ensuring value is understood and scope and requirements are managed and align to this, when making decisions or recommending actions A natural inquisitiveness with the ability to question others, collaborate, shape and confirm ideas and solve problems creatively Experience of delivering projects through a range of software development methodologies Experience in practice of Lean / Systems Thinking JTBD / VMOST Experience in a number of business sectors and industries, if youve worked in Healthcare or have a passion for Healthcare tech that would be great!
