Summary: The role of Contract Business Analyst (Finance Transformation) involves leading a finance transformation project within a leading energy organization. The successful candidate will focus on standardizing finance and payment processes while integrating ERP systems across multiple regions and business units. Key Skills:
- Proven track record on finance/ERP transformations within complex enterprise organisations
- Strong BA skills across process discovery, requirements definition and process redesign
- Deep understanding of AP, invoicing, treasury, expenses and core finance operations
- Ability to lead workstreams from discovery through design, delivery and adoption
- Exposure to platforms such as Oracle ERP, Coupa, Concur, Kyriba and related
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills
- Nice to have - energy, utilities, commodities or similar large-scale businesses

The successful candidate will lead the analysis, design and standardisation of finance and payment processes across a complex international business. The project aims to centralise and harmonise finance operations across invoice management, accounts payable, treasury payments, expense management, e-invoicing and ERP integration across multiple regions, business units and technology platforms. Operating across multiple regions, business units and technology platforms, the organisation currently utilises a diverse landscape of finance, accounting and ERP systems. This role will be instrumental in defining and delivering the future-state operating model, aligning global processes and driving end-to-end business analysis activities from discovery and requirements gathering through to implementation and business adoption.
