Summary: TLT is seeking an experienced Contract Bids Manager for a 9-month hybrid role requiring 2–3 days of office attendance in either Bristol or Manchester. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of TLT's sector offering including clients, service lines, and specific initiatives.
- Scope bid requirements, manage the bid “go/no-go” process, identify key stakeholders, and map out strategies to achieve maximum evaluation marks.
- Prepare a bid plan, delivery programme, and implement a structured best practice end-to-end process.
- Collaborate with the lead partner and subject matter experts to develop a winning strategy and clearly identify the value proposition.
- Write compelling bid copy that articulates win themes in line with tone of voice guidelines.
- Project manage the bid from opportunity assessment through to drafting, submission, post-submission feedback, and reporting.
- Work with Commercial Business Partners to inform and develop pricing strategy.
- Produce tender analysis for management information and reporting.
- Prepare and coach bid teams for client presentations, including messaging and rehearsals.
- Manage the continuous development of systems and processes to drive efficient bid production.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Bids Manager, you will:
