The Role

You will be engaged in high:profile projects across Leeds and the wider West Yorkshire region. The primary focus will be on conducting Refurbishment and Demolition (R and D) surveys on a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings, using a provided PDA to ensure UKAS compliance. For consultants who also hold analytical qualifications (P403/P404), there is a significant amount of air monitoring and testing work available on the same high:quality local sites. You must have Four Stage Clearance experience also.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must hold BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) as a minimum.
  • P403 and P404 qualifications are highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience conducting R and D surveys within the commercial property sector.
  • A minimum of 6 months post:qualification experience is required.
