We'll look to you to oversee the management of a patch-based portfolio of properties with a managing agent in place providing communal services. You'll liaise regularly with managing agents to ensure sites are managed in line with the legal and contractual agreements in place and that health and safety compliance is always maintained and risks are identified and actioned. You'll Lead on all contract management matters for the managing agents on your patch and be the first point of contact. You'll also lead and/or contribute to specialist projects as required. To be successful, you'll be flexible and organised with previous experience of contract management. you'll have experience of completing site inspections/audits as well as good working knowledge of health & safety compliance.
