About The Role
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the efficient delivery of asbestos surveying and reporting services. You’ll act as a central communication hub between clients, our surveyors, laboratories, and internal teams, keeping everyone informed, on schedule, and supported.

About You
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll need excellent communication skills and be confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels. You will be committed to providing a high standard of administrative support across all stages of the project lifecycle to ensure information flows smoothly and deadlines are met. You’re someone who takes ownership of tasks, manages multiple priorities with ease, and remains focused under pressure. You will be responsible for managing a busy outlook inbox and respond promptly to time-sensitive queries. You will have the ability to handle challenges diplomatically and can resolve issues or conflicts with professionalism. Whether you're dealing with a delayed survey report or a client concern, you approach problems with a solutions-focused mindset and maintain strong working relationships even in high-pressure situations. Experience working with client portals, travel bookings, or within an asbestos or compliance-based environment is desirable, but not essential.

Role Responsibilities/Objectives
You will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our asbestos management services. Acting as a key point of contact between clients, surveyors, laboratories, and internal teams, you’ll ensure projects run efficiently, communications are clear, and client expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Handling and resolving enquiries at point of contact recognising when to escalate issues to a senior manager or other colleague
  • Maintaining client portals
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • General administrative tasks

Problem solving will be a key part of your role. You’ll be expected to respond quickly and effectively to unexpected issues, whether it’s a change in project scope or an urgent client request. Your ability to remain calm, organised, and solutions focused will be crucial to ensuring smooth project delivery and client satisfaction. This is a dynamic role that requires a high level of attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and care.

Role Requirements, Skills And/or Experience
There are no mandatory qualifications required for this role. It is more important to assess relevant competencies however a commitment to achieving P405 (asbestos qualification) in-house within 12 months will be required.
