Summary: The role of Contract Administrator at Scottish Power Renewables involves coordinating and managing contract documentation and processes on a contract basis in London. Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the Change Approval Form (CAF) and Budget Cost Form (BCF) process;
  • Update the Contract Management Book and ensure Contract communications are made on time;
  • Ensure that agreed Variations / Claims / PS Conversions are built into the Schedule of Prices and Payment Milestones;
  • Store contractual documents on Aconex (Notifications, VOs, DoVs, Claims, Acceptance Surveys, Sectional Completion / Test on Completion / Taking Over / Vesting Certificates;
  • Ensure DPR’s and DVR’s are stored and distributed correctly to allow payment of Weather downtime and dayworks;
  • Gather and store information required for payment of fuel (bunker receipts, bunker surveys, fuel price) and keep fuel tracker up to date;
  • Prepare payment certificates for Engineer review; Review invoices against the certified payment certificate;
  • Provide update to Contract Price on a regular basis (base on latest agreed claims and variations).

Key Skills:

  • Experience (min. 2 year) in general administration processes;
  • Previous experience in the use of Aconex;
  • Previous experience in construction contract administration.

Our client Scottish Power Renewables are currently recruiting for a Contract Administrator to join the team on a contract basis based in London.

This would be a contract role until Jan 2026 initially but likely to be extended.
