Summary: Dalkia is seeking a Contract Support professional to provide administrative and coordination support for a major university contract in South Kensington.   • Manage access, shared inbox, and helpdesk calls in line with procedures.
  • Support team meetings, procurement, and communication with clients.
  • Provide cover for team absences and support wider contract operations.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in a similar FM or contract support/admin role (preferred).
  • Strong admin and IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Dalkia is offering an exciting opportunity for a Contract Support professional to join our team, supporting a major university contract in South Kensington.

About The Role You’ll provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth delivery of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive services. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
