Key Responsibilities:
- Generating ad-hoc reports and producing monthly KPI reports for Operations/Account Managers.
- Raising and recording purchase orders, processing invoices, and managing finances.
- Providing administrative support to the Leicester BSF Contract and assisting Site Managers with clerical tasks.
- Maintaining training matrices and record folders in collaboration with the contract management team.
- Providing first-line HR support and assisting with agency recruitment processes.
- Supporting monthly payroll preparation and processing holiday top-up payments.
