Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of account contact for all contract administrative needs.
- Assist with diary management, travel bookings, and facilitate meetings.
- Take notes for confidential HR meetings and minute monthly client meetings.
- Produce presentations for internal and external use.
- Maintain monthly HR organization charts for the account.
- Analyze data using Pivot Tables in Excel and present findings through tables and charts.
- Assist with the production of operational reports for distribution.
- Carry out general typing duties and other tasks as requested by the SLT.

Acting as the primary point of account contact for all Contract administrative needs, communicating to colleagues both on and off the account in the business via Teams and Outlook. Assisting with any diary management, travel bookings and facilitating face-to-face and virtual meetings both internally, and externally with the client. Note taking for confidential HR meetings such as grievances, disciplinaries and sickness management meetings as required. Minute taking during monthly client meetings and ensuring timely distribution of these. Producing presentations both for internal and for external use. Maintaining monthly HR organisation charts depicting the whole account (c.700 colleagues) Analysing data for a variety of business needs, using Pivot Tables in Excel and presenting data through tables and charts. Assisting with the collation and production of operational reports, for internal and external distribution. Carrying out general typing duties as required. Carrying out all reasonable tasks that may be requested from time to time by the SLT.
