Summary: Petrofac is seeking a Contracts Administrator Assistant for a 12-month PAYE contract based in Northop, Wales. The role involves supporting post-award contract requirements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and facilitating effective contract management processes. The position is part of a hybrid working model, requiring employees to be in the office at least three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support post-award contract requirements including participation in kick-off meetings, contract amendments, and variations.
- Maintain contractual correspondence files, invoice checking, claims management, and agreement of final accounts.
- Provide contract administration support ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintain auditable contract records.
- Schedule and participate in regular contract review meetings and monitor contract risks, proposing remedial actions.
- Support the preparation of department contract plans, strategies, and requisitions for contract submissions.
- Provide analysis, advice, and services to improve contract management and administration processes.
- Ensure contract status aligns with Eni policy regarding requirements, validity, value, and expiry date.
- Undertake relevant contract tender activities in conjunction with Procurement, including preparation of Scope of Work and technical evaluations.
- Liaise with Procurement, Finance, and other departments for effective contract implementation and management.
- Ensure adherence to Health, Safety & Environment policies and participate in Emergency Response duties as required.
Key Skills:
- Educated to HND level or equivalent experience.
- Experience using PC software applications, particularly MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP.
